Berkshire Athletics AGM
The Berkshire Athletics AGM plus the presentation of the Roading Running Championship awards will be taking place on Monday 24th November 2025 at the Bracknell AC clubhouse at 7:30pm (road running awards commence at 7:45pm, AGM at 8:00pm). Refreshments and nibbles will be provided.
All Berkshire athletes, officials and coaches are welcome to attend and we wish to see representatives from as many of our Berkshire clubs as possible.
We wish to remind everyone, as per multiple emails that have been sent to clubs over the course of this year that the post of Track and Field secretary will be vacant from this AGM and if this post is not filled then the future of the Berkshire track and field championships is in doubt
Agenda, minutes of the 2024 AGM, role description of track and field championship secretary, section and representative reports and Treasurer’s Report are below.

SEAA U15/17 Intercounty Championships
On a very wet Sunday 14th September Berkshire fielded a strong team at the SEAA U15/17 Intercounty Championships. This is a team event so everyone’s performance counted towards the team score. Everyone competing is ranked in the top 5 in their county for their event so the standard is high.
Despite the conditions (lane one was a small river and pole vault had to be cancelled) Team Berkshire athletes put in max effort and did us proud. The final team results were:
U15 girls 8th
U15 boys 2nd
U17 girls 8th
U17 boys 3rd
A fantastic day we are so proud of all our Berkshire athletes! Thank you to parents for bringing them to the event, all the officials and SEAA for organising.
Hopefully everyone has dried out!
